- Spearheaded the development and integration of generative AI features into Text iQ, our core text analytics platform, enabling customers to use their data as LLM context to generate a hierarchical tree of topics with labels and search queries to categorize their data, easing the steep learning curve and lowering costs associated with topic model setup.
- Won “First Place for Innovative Use of Language Models” in company hackathon; later led project proposal and design, coordinated efforts across QE, PM, UX, and engineering, and managed release for early access customers.
- Played a key role in the full-stack development of Text iQ, including a front-end migration from Angular to React, support for multi-level topic hierarchies beyond parent-child, a foundational suite of integration tests, a robust query syntax highlighting algorithm, and a comprehensive consolidation and upgrade effort of dependencies.
- Drove the unification of two distinct text analysis platforms to enable users to seamlessly view, manage, and create topic models across projects within a single, cohesive interface.
